General Description of Duties:

Provides full financial management and accounting support to include costing analysis and reporting, cost estimation and analysis, budget formulation and execution, workforce planning and scheduling and resource allocation. Uses automated project scheduling and cost tracking software to support critical path and integrated master planning analysis. Performs economic analysis for evaluating the total and marginal costs of alternative ways to accomplish strategic business functions. Assists in performing comparative cost studies. Formulates life cycle cost benefits analysis and apply economic and risk methodologies, tools, and techniques. Monitors and tracks obligations and expenditures of funds; detects, reconciles, and remedies fiscal discrepancies; and provides relevant reporting to decision makers. 

Qualifications: Experience & Education:

Requires 24 semester hours of college coursework in business-related fields or a bachelors degree in any field of study. 

Requires three years experience in a business related field demonstrating self-confidence, management of workload, communication with diverse individuals, application of good judgment, and working knowledge of business systems. Financial experience is preferred, but not required. 

Requires proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must possess good communication and listening skills, be detailed, and customer orientated.
